The security of our users is top priority at Callback Staffing. That's why we implemented a new ruleset based on that used at Stanford University. Basically, the longer your password, the less restriction we put on which kind of characters you have to use.

1. The password must be at least 8 characters long.
2. 8-11 character passwords must include both upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number and one special character.
3. 12-15 character passwords must include both upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number.
4. 16-19 character passwords must include both upper and lowercase letters.
5. 20+ character passwords can consist of any characters.

A good practice is using passphrases instead of passwords. These easily satisfy longer length requirements, and are easy to remember. They are also almost unbreakable! Just add a few words together to form a passhprase.

This is 23 characters long (including spaces), very secure and easy to remember. (Don't use this one though!)
